The list is long. Our knowledgeable and professional chefs cook Latin American food, including traditional Mexican Tacos, options for Latin American breakfast and lunch, pancakes, Honduran sandwiches, Pastelitos Fritos, fried chicken, and so much more. You can also order the amazing Carne Asada, Tamalis, and Quesadilla.
I haven’t even heard of them. Where do the cooking recipes originate?
We have trained Honduran and Mexican cooks in our team that prepare all those meals for you with a lot of love and passion. Along with the tasty food, we also offer various warm and cold drinks prepared by international cooks.
How much do you charge?
Come to our Honduran food truck and see our price list with your own eyes. You will want to try the food when you observe the price list. You can also get a free estimate over the phone or on the spot.

We started our business as a team of enthusiastic and attentive cooks 4-years ago.
Can I order food for home?
We do not provide catering services, so to enjoy our food at home or in the office, you will have to come to our Latin food truck in Glen Burnie, MD.
Do you have enough space if I bring my friend?
Of course. We provide many tables and chairs for you and the company you choose. So, grab your friends and enjoy our tasty food together.
Are you open on Saturday and Sunday too?
No, unfortunately, El Sabor Catracho is closed then. We are open for clients Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Is the place clean?
Our team members rotate to keep the place neat and sanitized. At the end of each day, we pressure wash the whole pavement to make sure we leave it neat and presentable. We are vigilant when it comes to preparing Honduran food, as well.
Do you have a license?
Yes, our business is licensed, certified, and insured.
Do you speak Spanish?
Naturally, we speak English and Spanish.
Should I leave a tip?
We are not the typical restaurant where customers are obliged to leave a tip. With mobile food trucks, there’s no such a condition. You are free to leave one if you want. The smile on your face after tasting our various meals says it all.
